With our recent separation from HD Supply and purchase by private equity firm Clayton Dublier & Rice along with the acquisition of Construction Supply Group (including Construction Materials, Inc), White Cap has expanded it's footprint to 42 states. As of February 2022, White Cap has acquired Ram Tool Construction Supply expanding our footprint across the southeast and adding more locations and products for the construction industry.
